Definitely a scam call. I did not pick up and it went to voicemail. When I listen to the voicemail it start with a Chinese msg followed by English that my Vodafone number is about to be shut down!

To prove my suspicion, I activated a new phone number and registered only with that e-commerce app. Within less than a week, I started receiving a large number of scam calls. This confirmed my suspicion - TEMU sold my personal info to telecom scammers.
