Called me I call back but no any record from this number and They said NDIS

They did provide the 1800 number to call back on but when I called the official line back, there was no record of the call.

A few minutes later I received an email from the NDIS about the resolution of an IT ticket I had lodged regarding my portal access. Most calls from NDIS come from a private number, but I have received calls from the IT area before on 02 landlines.

by Anonymous on 2025-07-14I was on a call with NDIA, but the call dropped and the representative i was talking to called me back on this number and i was able to complete my enquey without having to start again. I haven't attempted to call the number back to see if it rings out or if it goes back to the ndis hotline, but a rep did contact me back on this number.

by Anonymous on 2024-07-18A lady rang claiming to be from NDIA. She immediately asked for my full name, address and date of birth. I asked her to prove who she is and she said it's against the NDIA policy. I rang NDIA and checked with them and they said there is no record of that call. Seems like a scam to me.
by Anonymous on 2024-11-20(02) 7256 7981 this number rang 26/3/2025 around 6pm 6.30pm hung up when it when into voicemail. NDIS hours 9am to 5.30pm why wouldn't they leave message on who you need to ask for if need to ring back. I don't answers calls don't know I had my phone accounts access recently by replying to call or SMS / email very cautious now. I missed this call cpl times. Is this NDIS number which office is this call coming from this is Sydney number I'm Victor

After seeing the conflicting reports here, I specifically rang the offical NDIS number directly and checked against my account. No call had been made to me from the NDIA. The NDIA staffer said 1) all actual NDIA calls would be precceeded by a text informing you of a call and (2) all calls come from private numbers. Do not believe anyone asserting this number belongs to the NDIS/NDIA - likely scammers muddying the waters.
by Anonymous on 2024-12-02Caller: NDIS I can confirm this number is actually the NDIS/NDIA -They used to only call with private numbers -but they also call with this number now. When you call this number back, you’ll end up on the NDIS hotline number. Just wanted to let everyone know if it helps.

Caller: NDIANot scam call, it’s the National Contact Centre outbound call number for the NDIS as they use an online phones system they will all generate as a Sydney phone number, and the national contact centre is opened from hours 8am-8pm with most service officers being work from home anywhere in Australia.
