by Anonymous on 2025-02-28Caller: Amazon help recall centre.I had an unauthorised transaction to Amazon Prime over a 5 month period that I noticed today. I cancelled the subscription online and had them call me back to check that it was Amazon and to refund all previous 4 payments. This was easy and immediate over the phone and was informed that the refund will take 1-2 business days. Any dramas, I'll call them back.

When I wouldn’t give her my name as I said that she just already have it she said she couldn’t take the call any further. Then my Amazon account updated to say driver couldn’t find address. Oops.

If you try to call the number back, there's a message saying it doesn't accept incoming calls. So if you're expecting a delivery and they phone, you might want to pick up.
