Stating I had registered for solar panel rebates 15years ago. I dont have nor ever have had solar panels. He told me I did otherwise how would he have contacted me and knew my name. Wow, he was peserverant and demanding making out I was stupid. Fortunately, was onto him quickly, engaging because he provoked a reaction that I didnt want him and his company to get away with this. But I know they wont care and will dial another number. I hope they dont con anyone.

I asked how he got my number and he tried to say that we spoke a month ago (we didn't) and that I requested that he call me to provide a quote (I did not such thing). When I asked what company he worked for he refused to answer and kept asking why I no longer want the quote. I just hung up. Will submit via scamwatch.
