Caller: 0485 939 970called twice back to back on a Saturday .
by Anonymous on 2024-10-05Ipsos 0485 939 970) is a market research company that ignores Do Not Call registers by randomly generating phone numbers. Their claim of acting on behalf of the Australian government is misleading. Be cautious.
by Anonymous on 2024-10-07Claimed to be Australian government. Looking for answers of a survey they have about travel and holiday.
by Anonymous on 2024-10-17Came here to see if anyone else was contacted by this stranger's number [0485 939 970] Sounded like the call was being recorded on their end before a males voice stating his name from "Ipsos calling on behalf of the AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT" I don't know them and don't understand reasonings for their call in the first place. Seen as SCAMMERs to me. Be aware!
by Anonymous on 2024-10-19Caller: I don't knowI accepted the call but didn't say anything, the incoming caller or bot also did not say say anything, then the incoming caller cancelled the call after 5 seconds. If this was from "The Australian Government asking you to participate in a survey" DO NOT ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS AT ALL!!!!!!!! I can advise you as a former Australian Public Servant that an unsolicited call like that could be from any nefarious entity, including ASIO retards gathering information about you. Also note that you should ASK THE NAME OF the Australian Government department or agency they work for, AND which AUSTRALIAN GOV DEPARTMENT PAYS THEM TO DO RESEARCH? And record their answers. Also note that your IP address and Network Location will be traced and they will record your location !!!! Then ask them from WHOM they obtained your mobile number? Then tell the "Australian Government" to never call you again without consent, and if they harass you again, you will SUE them for targeting you for harassing phone calls. Tell them to never call you again
by Anonymous on 2024-10-24Caller: IPSOSaustralian market research company. polite, seem to be just chasing answers on short survey.
