I know that because I ring them back but always hang up when they tell me their health insurance. If you ever answer one of these calls tell them to do you know what I mean.

Keeps calling and not leaving a message and wont reply to text message when I enquire who has called. Assuming based on other complaints it is a telemarketer so I have blocked.
