I’m having issues with my energy and hot water bills, I have questioned this via email and have stated numerous times I would be happy to receive a direct phone call, only for them to continually harass me by sending daily SMS reminders or a bill they sent or that they have literally just sent me an email. Then I get my bills via email and reminder emails and overdue emails there as well. This is the first time in 6 months I have received a call and of course it’s an automated response no real person. There whole system is automated which borders on harrasment. They think by driving you mad you will just give in and pay the bill - well guess again!
by Anonymous on 2025-01-13I can see from the comments that this caller pretends to be Origin. It a bit disturbing as Origin are trying to speak to me to adjust my direct debit. Of course I won’t do that from an incoming call but nevertheless this caller is either having a lucky fluke or somehow knows origin are trying to reach me. Got to be very vigilant everyone.

It's midday and we've already gotten half a dozen calls from an automated voice machine claiming we have an overdue bill with them and to 'press 1' to continue the call. Makes no sense. HI have not pressed '1' and i highly recommend you don't either, defs a scam.
