Call about solar panel rebates even though I'm on do not call register. Likely a scam.

Indian or Pakistani call centre. Advising the government is giving rebates on solar panels. I don’t know if this is legit or not but I was in the middle of dinner so it was annoying. I told him my telephone number is on the do not call list so he should not be calling me, and this is the second call I’ve had about this. He hung up.
