When asked to deliver the bags they advised no parking to which i said you are a delivery driver. They then asked which apartment and clearly did not read instructions on where to deliver to the business level. I advised their service is unacceptable they are a delivery driver and need to deliver to the places requested.

After refusing to give out personal info on an unsolicited phone call, they hung up and the driver cancelled my trip. Another driver picked it up within seconds. This is not 'Uber Support'! Just some guy using Uber to scam your personal info.
